Vertical 03 · Water Treatment

A clean alternative to metal-based coagulants and synthetic flocculants.

BlueForge chitosan is a natural flocculant that outperforms traditional metal salts and reduces reliance on synthetic polymers — without leaving residuals in sludge or discharge.

Why switch now

The same clarity. None of the legacy chemistry.

Legacy water treatment relies on aluminium and iron salts that acidify water, corrode infrastructure, and leave metal residuals in sludge. Synthetic polymers help settle solids, but many are petroleum-derived and persist in the environment.

Chitosan is a naturally cationic biopolymer. It binds suspended solids, heavy metals, oils, and dyes at low doses — then biodegrades cleanly. The result is clearer water, smaller sludge volumes, and a process that is easier to permit and safer to discharge.

W-01

Chemical & pharmaceutical plants

Handles complex process effluents from chemical and pharma manufacturing — removes suspended organics, active-ingredient residues, and trace metals without adding aluminium or iron to the discharge.

W-02

Industrial effluent

Highly effective on textile dyes, food-processing wastewater, and oily discharges. Reduces sludge volume by up to 40% versus alum.

W-03

Heavy-metal remediation

Chelates lead, cadmium, chromium, and arsenic from mining runoff and legacy site remediation. Regenerable in fixed-bed columns.

W-04

Aquaculture & recirculation

Gentle-enough chemistry for use in fish and shrimp recirculation systems — clarifies water without stressing stock.
